    • Made entrypoint more flexible, allow passing arguments directly to manager through the Docker command pipeline, or running other apps if necessary.
    • Use more explicit and sensible loops for handling Consul failures
    • Automatically recreate session lock in Consul if the old session is invalidated but the MySQL server remains up
    • Delete session lock on container termination
    • Use START REPLICA query to pass through authentication for replicas, avoiding a MySQL warning thrown when the credentials are passed through the replica config instead.

    • Added support for SSL/TLS connections, including optional and required SSL connections.
    • Fixed up handling of SIGTERM with the cluster manager, the termination handler should now correctly fire when the container is being stopped.

    • Give containers up to 30 seconds to shutdown gracefully before killing - should be more than enough time for MySQL and Consul to shut down.
    • Make snapshot restores only hold any new snapshots from being created - still allow multiple nodes to restore from the same snapshot.

    • Pause snapshot from occurring if another node is currently restoring itself from the snapshot, preventing an occasional issue where a replica failed to initialise because the snapshot was removed during the restoration stage.

    • BREAKING: Kubernetes support dropped for now, due to below change.
    • The DNS and IP resolution for Consul has been signifcantly reworked - now, a service name is provided, and the IP address of the current node and other nodes for the same service will be determined through DNS resolution using the tasks.<service name> DNS record provided in the Swarm. This should fix discoverability issues.
